Building Control Approval

Building control approval is usually necessary for mezzanine floor installations (although planning permission is not required for most of the floors we install). Transformer Systems can advise you on current regulations and take care of submitting your application.

Our design team will survey the site & generate all the necessary drawings & calculations. They will then submit them to our inspectors for a speedy turn around.

In terms of mezzanine design we conform to all the necessary rules & regulations including the BRE digest which details; imposed loadings, materials, access & calls on the statutory requirements of the building regulations approved documents A,B,K & M.
