I-Section Primary Beams are calculated to BS5950 standards and finished in Blue Hammer RAL 5010.
Single span Galavanised C - Section Purlin Beams are installed as secondary steel, dimensions in accordance with load capacity. The Purlins sit flush with the Primary Beams.
38 mm Tongue & Groove HDX flooring is used with a range of finishes and is manufactured to EN312-5:2003 and is FSC certified wood stock.

Staircases comprising of fully welded stringer sets, handrail and a range of finishes including durbar treads, plain, and anitslip. Mid platforms are utilised where required, all staircase provided meet current fire regulation.
Exposed perimeter edges are protected by hand and knee rail with kickplate. All conform to the latest accident prevention regulations.
In accordance with the current health & safety guidelines, Transformer Systems endorses pallet gates as one of the safest means of placing and retrieving pallets on a mezzanine floor. Pallet Gates protect personnel at exposed opening points on the floor edge. Options include Light weight roll over operation, Sliding Gates and Step Back Handrail.
